KEV is hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the architecture and technical direction of its frontend platform, including design systems, micro frontend patterns, React ecosystem standards, AI-assisted engineering, and cross-functional technical strategy. The role also coaches and mentors frontend engineers and partners with tech leads to balance long-term architecture with short-term delivery. It requires 10+ years of frontend engineering experience, deep React expertise, and a track record of scaling architecture and design systems. The position follows a hybrid model with three office days per week and offers a base salary of $100,000–$150,000.
