Description
Motorway is hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead technical direction across its frontend engineering organization. The role owns end-to-end frontend product work, API contracts and roadmaps, consistency and migration standards, quality, security, performance, reliability, build and deployment pipelines, and the development of other engineers. It also leads AI-assisted engineering practices and requires at least five years of focused frontend experience, strong TypeScript and React expertise, and experience with modern web technologies, testing, observability, accessibility, and performance.
