Description
Pivotal Health is hiring a Back-End Leaning Full-Stack Staff Software Engineer to build new AI-focused healthcare reimbursement products from the ground up. The role owns product behavior end to end, with a strong focus on backend systems, APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows, while also contributing to React-based frontend development. The engineer will work with product, design, operations, and AI/ML partners to prototype, ship, test, and improve products, while using AI tools to accelerate engineering and product development. The position is based primarily in Los Angeles or New York, with remote and hybrid flexibility varying by role and team, and requires United States work authorization without employer sponsorship.
