ServiceNow is hiring an AI Software Engineer for its Experience Team to build the engineering infrastructure enabling AI-powered, agentic content creation at scale. The role involves developing scalable software, automation pipelines, AI tooling, LLM integrations, and systems connecting knowledge platforms; owning code from design through testing and delivery; designing extensible customer-facing functionality; and mentoring engineers. Candidates need strong JavaScript, production web-application, AI workflow, LLM, cloud, and software-architecture experience, with 6+ years of software engineering experience preferred. Base pay is $149,800–$262,200 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
