tem is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Origination & New Products squad within Sell Side Growth. This deep, hands-on individual contributor role focuses on architecture-level decisions for complex integrations with Rosso, Data, and Billing; building backend-first systems and React/TypeScript front-end components; solving tendering automation and pricing-process problems; and designing deal-gating risk tooling. The role requires strong backend and systems design expertise, Python, AWS serverless, event-driven architectures, and experience delivering complex projects in a startup or fast-paced product environment. The position is fully remote, offers a salary band of £104,000 or equivalent in local currency, stock options, and flexible working arrangements.
