Description
Polymarket is hiring a fullstack growth engineer to own the new-user experience from first touch through KYC completion and first trade. The role builds ad-driven funnel surfaces, onboarding flows, and fullstack features across frontend, backend, and third-party integrations; uses product analytics and experiments to reduce funnel friction; and coordinates with product, data, and other engineering teams. The position requires 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience, a proven record shipping onboarding or acquisition-funnel features, strong product instincts, and the ability to make system-level technical tradeoffs. Web3, prediction-market, and A/B-testing experience are preferred. The role offers a base salary of $250,000 to $500,000 plus equity and benefits.
