Surge is hiring a Staff Fullstack Engineer to design and build core fullstack systems for its AI platform. The role owns frontend product decisions and backend architecture, develops scalable tools for data collection, labeling, and evaluation, and takes ownership from idea through production. The position requires 7+ years of production software experience, project leadership, strong React/TypeScript and Python or Ruby on Rails skills, excellent communication, and a CS degree or equivalent STEM background.
