Sia Partners is hiring a Staff Software Engineer / Staff GenAI Engineer for its Mumbai office to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven platforms and products. The role owns backend architecture, LLM-based systems, RAG, agentic workflows, cloud-native deployments, microservices, databases, observability, and AI SaaS products, while also mentoring engineers, coordinating cross-team initiatives, and representing the engineering group to leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of software engineering experience with strong Python and Generative AI expertise, and experience delivering AI/ML systems in production.
