Description
Micron Technology is hiring a full-time Semiconductor Design Automation Engineer to develop automation solutions for layout generation, floor planning, AMS, and PDN; create scalable CAD methodologies; build software frameworks integrating EDA tools; and automate analysis, debugging, optimization, and design-space exploration. The role partners with design, layout, CAD, product, and verification teams and applies AI and analytics to accelerate semiconductor design convergence. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and five years of relevant CAD, layout, AMS, PDN, or EDA experience are required.
