Description
Metriport is hiring a Staff Generalist Engineer to co-own the architecture and evolution of its clinical data exchange platform. The role focuses on scalable, distributed, event-based integrations, public APIs, cloud infrastructure, reliability, security, networking, and AI-enabled data processing. The engineer will set technical direction, drive projects from ideation through production, mentor and eventually lead a group of engineers, and participate in on-call and engineering processes. The position requires 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a back-end focus, experience leading engineers, and experience scaling cloud platforms handling millions or billions of transactions.
