Description
The Staff Hardware Development Engineer will own hardware development across the full product lifecycle, including concept, architecture, detailed design, prototype bring-up, verification, qualification, production introduction, sustaining engineering, and field issue resolution. The role focuses on high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuit design, 112G/224G PAM4 and coherent optical PCB design, RF and microwave fundamentals, signal and power integrity, and design-for-manufacturability, assembly, testability, reliability, and cost optimization. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in high-board design, testing, and debugging.
