Graphcore is hiring a Staff Hardware Engineer to provide advanced operational, diagnostic, and engineering support for Arm-based AI compute hardware in laboratory and data center environments. The role leads break-fix troubleshooting, hardware bring-up, validation, root-cause analysis, and deployment qualification for server blades, motherboards, power systems, and rack-scale infrastructure, while collaborating with engineering, platform, facilities, and data center teams. The position also involves developing troubleshooting documentation, mentoring junior staff, and participating in on-call or off-hours support.
