Snorkel AI is hiring a Staff HR Business Partner to own the people strategy for its rapidly growing Data as a Service organization. The role partners with the DaaS GM and leadership on organizational design, compensation, workforce planning, culture, leadership development, and cross-functional people initiatives, while also coaching executives and supporting HR peers. It requires 8+ years of HR experience, including strategic HRBP work in a scaling technology organization, professional services or delivery-heavy tech experience, GM-model executive support, and HR team leadership. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the San Francisco office, and offers a salary of $190,000-$240,000 plus equity.
