Snorkel AI is hiring a Staff HR Business Partner to own the people strategy and operating model for its Fellow Program, a strategic workforce initiative. The role partners with senior leaders to design hiring, onboarding, performance, growth, mobility, manager capabilities, and employee-experience programs, while influencing workforce planning, organizational design, talent decisions, and global employment strategy. It requires 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or People Partner experience, including performance management, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the office in San Francisco, California, and offers a salary of $190,000–$240,000 USD plus equity compensation.
