Ridgeline is hiring a Staff HR Operations & Technology Analyst to own and evolve Workday and HR Operations systems and service-delivery foundations. The role leads complex configuration, optimization, reporting, integrations, release readiness, change management, process redesign, service delivery, and AI-enabled automation across the employee lifecycle. It requires 7–10+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, HRIS, or related People Operations roles, deep Workday expertise, and the ability to work independently at a Staff level. The role is hybrid and requires United States work authorization without employer sponsorship.
