Ford is hiring a Staff HV System Validation Engineer to develop and validate high-voltage system requirements and test plans for its Universal EV platform. The role leads cross-functional validation activities, troubleshoots HV system failures, performs root-cause analysis, and supports the design, build, and launch of next-generation electric vehicle architectures. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least 10 years of HV system requirement and validation experience, and extensive HV powertrain and power-electronics expertise. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $132,800–$250,800 with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
