Addepar is hiring an IAM Analyst to support its internal Identity and Access Management program and improve the organization’s security posture. The role covers IAM administration, onboarding and role definitions, recertification, user escalations, entitlement reviews, identity inventory, access-policy analysis, least-privilege enforcement, IAM governance, and support for Agentic AI workflows and non-human identities. Candidates need extensive IAM experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, familiarity with IT governance and compliance, and strong analytical and communication skills; visa sponsorship is not available.
