Description
Tanium is hiring a Staff IAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage identity and access management and identity governance solutions across its corporate infrastructure. The role covers SSO, MFA, PAM, identity automation, lifecycle management, security and compliance assessments, IAM project delivery, incident response, documentation, and mentorship. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of IAM/IGA experience, IGA integrations with HRIS systems, Entra ID and Active Directory expertise, PowerShell scripting, and knowledge of major security frameworks. The position follows a hybrid schedule requiring office work at least three days per week in one of five listed locations and offers an annual base salary of $180,000 to $230,000 plus equity and benefits.
