Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a senior manufacturing-industrial-engineering leader to partner with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Contract Manufacturing teams on manufacturing optimization, process modeling, Lean transformation, contract-manufacturing readiness, NPI transfers, automation, and operational performance improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline and at least 10 years of relevant manufacturing, industrial engineering, operational excellence, or supply chain experience, along with expertise in process simulation, Lean deployment, electronics manufacturing, mechanical and electromechanical assembly, and contract manufacturing.
