Description
Quince is hiring a Staff Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to serve as a technical authority and architect for its DevOps and infrastructure domain. The role owns the long-term cloud platform engineering roadmap, resilient multi-region AWS architecture, developer platforms, reliability and disaster recovery, security and observability standards, and cross-functional engineering practices. It also involves mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical decisions across teams. The position requires 8+ years of infrastructure, DevOps, platform, or SRE experience and expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform or Pulumi, GitOps, databases, caching, and scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash. The base salary is $211,000-$235,000 USD, with bonus and stock compensation.
