Burns & McDonnell is hiring a Staff Instrument & Controls Engineer for its Mission Critical team, focused on mission-critical data center projects. The role involves developing and reviewing building automation engineering design packages, creating control system drawings and specifications, coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams, managing quality reviews and vendor deliverables, and supporting testing and commissioning. Candidates need an ABET-accredited engineering degree, relevant engineering experience, proficiency with instrumentation and design tools such as SmartPlant Instrumentation, Revit, AutoCAD Electrical, or ePlan, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
