Sila is hiring a Staff Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for its Capital Projects team to lead the design, specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, and integration of field instrumentation for next-generation manufacturing facilities. The role covers high-temperature, hazardous-gas, and solid-material-handling systems, SIL-rated safety instrumentation, P&IDs, loop checks, calibration, FAT/SAT, and startup, with collaboration across process, control, automation, and vendor teams. The position is based in Moses Lake, Washington, requires travel to vendor and manufacturing facilities, and offers a starting base salary of $151,000 to $191,000.
