Description
Ford Motor Company is hiring a Staff Integration Engineer to lead the end-to-end development, integration, industrialization, and production readiness of the High-Performance Compute Cluster (HPCC) and Telematics Control Unit (TCU) for electric and connected vehicles. The role owns multi-SoC compute platforms, vehicle telematics, power architecture, diagnostics, cybersecurity, and cross-functional supplier and manufacturing delivery, requiring 8+ years of automotive electronics or systems integration experience and 5+ years driving hardware through production launch. The position is a Level 6 leadership role with a base salary range of $150,200-$283,500, hybrid work, and visa sponsorship.
