1Password is hiring a Staff Engineer to lead the technical transformation of its Device Infrastructure Services from legacy device management toward DevOps and AI-enabled operations. The role owns the roadmap and standards for GitOps-based device management, config-as-code, CI/CD, endpoint security, macOS and Windows incident response, and responsible agentic AI adoption. It also involves mentoring engineers, evaluating tooling, and supporting internal product testing. The position is remote within Canada or the United States, with USA-based compensation of $143,000–$207,000 USD annually and Canada-based compensation of $122,000–$177,000 CAD annually.
