Rocket Now is seeking a Staff IT Operations Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its enterprise Modern Workplace environment. The role focuses on endpoint management, Microsoft Intune and Jamf administration, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint refresh and migration projects, automation, process improvement, and collaboration with Security, Infrastructure, and Global IT teams. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant IT operations, endpoint engineering, or modern workplace experience, along with hands-on enterprise platform and identity-management expertise.
