KAYAK is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its KAYAK for Business engineering team to lead backend architecture, high-performance integrations, observability, CI/CD, and engineering standards across enterprise systems. The role requires at least seven years of Java and Spring experience, expertise with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis, knowledge of B2B integration protocols, and at least three days per week in the Kaunas office. Compensation includes a gross monthly base of 4,500 to 7,900 EUR, plus bonuses, RSUs, and additional benefits.
