Micron Technology is hiring a Staff Layout Designer to develop multi-dimensional semiconductor layouts and detailed device drawings from schematics and geometry, verify data integrity, lead major block developments, and improve layout efficiency through automation and new methodologies. The role requires strong EDA-tool knowledge, root-cause analysis, design-rule understanding, physical verification, and communication skills, with a minimum of an AS or bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of semiconductor layout design experience. The position includes mentoring junior team members, managing resources and project schedules, and contributing to a globally distributed design environment.
