Micron Technology is hiring a senior analog layout engineer to own the development and physical implementation of critical analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks, including full-chip layout ownership. The role leads AI-assisted and automated layout workflows, performs and automates physical verification, drives layout quality and yield, mentors engineers, and collaborates with design, CAD, verification, reliability, and program management teams. Candidates need 6+ years of analog/custom layout experience in advanced CMOS, expertise in Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre, knowledge of analog and memory layout fundamentals, and experience developing AI-driven automation.
