Description
Eightfold is hiring a Lead Engineer to lead the architecture and development of large-scale data platforms, real-time and batch processing systems, and cloud-native infrastructure supporting its AI and talent intelligence platform. The role owns platform scalability, reliability, observability, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and technical strategy, while partnering with AI/ML, analytics, and product engineering teams and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least seven years of distributed systems engineering experience, strong programming skills in Java, Scala, Python, or Go, experience with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Flink, or Snowflake, and production experience on AWS or a similar cloud platform. The position follows a hybrid work model.
