Description

Composition Brands is hiring a full-time Staff / Lead Engineer in Greenville, Michigan to lead refrigeration platform development as the primary technical integrator and system architect. The role establishes multi-year architectures, verification and validation strategies, design-for-reliability standards, supplier and manufacturing integration, and root-cause countermeasures, while mentoring senior engineers and leading technical design reviews. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, thermal sciences, or HVAC-R, plus 8+ years of relevant technical leadership experience or 6+ years with a relevant master's degree, along with expertise in thermodynamic cycles, V&V, SolidWorks/PDM, ERP architecture, DFSS, and NPI governance.
