Mimica is hiring a Lead/Staff Python Engineer to own and support backend systems that interface with machine-learning models. The role involves building Python applications and core ML-system components, developing AI features and infrastructure services, improving developer experience, observability, and integrations with Google Services, and collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers. The engineer will also mentor others, document practices, participate in hiring and onboarding, and take on end-to-end project management responsibilities. The position is fully remote for candidates based in the United Kingdom, Europe, or the Americas within the UTC-7 to UTC+3 timezone.
