PHIL is hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist for a remote position. The role focuses on prescription verification, drug utilization review, prior authorization review, prescription transfers, regulatory compliance, pharmacy operations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve patient adherence and health outcomes. Candidates must hold an RPh, be licensed in their state of residence, and have at least one year of pharmacist experience; a PharmD and startup or managerial experience are preferred.
