Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead Linux-based host-side software, drivers, and system integration for next-generation datacenter inference accelerators. The role owns complex subsystems end-to-end, drives architecture and API design, develops and validates test infrastructure, optimizes performance, debugs low-level issues, and provides technical leadership across hardware, firmware, security, cloud, and other platform teams. Candidates need a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a relevant field plus 2–4 years of software engineering experience, extensive Linux C/C++ development experience, and strong knowledge of Linux internals, drivers, SoC architecture, and software architecture. The listed pay range is $134,800 to $202,200.
