Description
Q2 is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and scaling of production-grade AI systems for digital banking and lending applications. The role owns end-to-end AI solutions, collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams under an AI Producer model, develops agentic workflows and generative-AI systems, builds scalable ML pipelines, validates system quality, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a related bachelor's degree, 9–12 years of relevant experience, expertise in ML development and deployment, statistical and mathematical methods, Python/R/Java, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
