Wand is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join University, a new team focused on agent memory, evolution, and reasoning. The role involves building production agent memory systems, designing secure and scoped memory, creating reusable agent skills, evaluating agent behavior, and shaping the technical roadmap. The position requires production agent experience, strong software engineering and machine learning fundamentals, modern agent tooling, LLM and embedding model fluency, and the ability to own ambiguous senior-level problems.
