CoreWeave is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and delivery of production machine learning systems for infrastructure observability, troubleshooting, and optimization. The role covers anomaly detection, time-series analysis, event correlation, recommendations, classification, root-cause inference, evaluation, data pipelines, model serving, and integration with telemetry and customer-facing platforms. The engineer will work across the full ML lifecycle, collaborate with software, product, research, and infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, and establish ML and production engineering practices. The position requires significant production ML experience, strong Python software engineering skills, and expertise with operational data; the base salary is $188,000 to $250,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
