Airbnb is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for its Assistance Engineering Machine Learning team to build and scale AI systems that improve customer service. The role focuses on LLM fine-tuning and optimization, RAG and search, evaluation and testing automation, feedback-based learning, guardrails, and other scalable ML products.
