Description

BetterHelp is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join its Data team and lead scalable machine learning and optimization initiatives across its products. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of machine learning experience
Experience deploying and integrating machine learning models into production systems
Extensive experience building personalization and recommendation systems
Experience developing data pipelines and machine learning libraries or tools
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with large language models, fine-tuning methods, and reinforcement learning from human feedback
Strong computer science fundamentals
Advanced Python and SQL proficiency
