Description
Conga is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer in Bangalore to lead and architect end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions, integrate models into business applications, manage larger ML initiatives, coordinate with engineering and product teams, and mentor others. The role requires more than 8 years of industry experience, including more than 5 years in AI/ML solutions, along with strong Python, cloud, data, and model-development expertise. The position reports to the Director and seeks candidates with a strong track record of leading ML/AI initiatives from concept to completion.
