Intuit is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead ambiguous, end-to-end machine learning and optimization systems for its expert-network platform. The role owns production forecasting, assignment, scheduling, supply-planning, simulation, and digital-twin systems; establishes engineering standards and shared ML infrastructure; applies causal inference, operations research, control theory, and reinforcement learning; and mentors engineers while partnering with AI scientists, product managers, and product engineers.
