Scowtt is hiring a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead and evolve the machine learning systems powering its marketing AI and autonomous sales agents. The role owns the full lifecycle of ML systems, including model architecture, experimentation, production deployment, scaling, monitoring, continuous training, and long-term system health. Responsibilities include building conversion and value prediction models, fine-tuning LLMs for AI sales agents, improving feedback loops with ad platforms, addressing data quality and model drift, and mentoring senior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of software product development experience, and 6–10 years of applied machine learning and production ML systems experience, with Python and modern ML frameworks. The base salary is $220,000 to $280,000, with benefits and startup equity.
