ServiceNow is hiring a Staff ML Engineer to own a major subsystem of a novel exploitability engine end to end, including design, delivery, quality, technical direction, and production scaling. The role focuses on agentic and LLM systems, probabilistic or ML-driven scoring, graph modeling, calibration, search and optimization, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native development, and data or graph systems. The engineer will also mentor engineers, partner with product and security teams, and establish AI safety, security, and guardrails.
