Description
Garner is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join its Platform Engineering team and report to the VP of Platform Engineering. The role owns the reliability, performance, functionality, and cost-efficiency of production machine learning systems; architects an ML platform including data infrastructure, model registries, feature stores, and CI/CD; implements automated model deployment and validation; and establishes drift monitoring and MLOps standards. The position is based in Garner’s New York City Financial District office, with three days per week in the office, and requires 7+ years of software engineering experience with significant production ML or data-intensive systems experience. The target salary range is $298,000 to $351,000, with equity and medical, dental, and vision plan options.
