Description
Intuit is hiring a Staff Manager, AML Operations to lead the operational engine behind its Anti-Money Laundering compliance program. The role owns frontline training and judgment coaching, AML KPI scorecard management, four-eye review support, staffing and capacity planning, audit-ready documentation, and cross-functional process improvement. It reports to Risk Operations leadership and partners with AML Compliance, Analytics, Workforce Management, Quality, and offshore delivery partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, CAMS or other AML certification preferred, and at least five years of operations or people leadership experience.
