HARMAN is hiring a Technical Team Manager in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end customer delivery, workflow and release execution, technical leadership, and Tier-4 support for automotive software products. The role owns delivery planning, release readiness, backlog prioritization, complex technical escalations, customer-facing workshops, resource allocation, team mentoring, and the development of automated testing environments. It requires 15–18 years of Java programming experience, 5+ years of team management experience, microservices and AI-driven software development expertise, and a B.E./B.Tech or higher education. The position follows a hybrid schedule with most office-based work onsite three days per week.
