As a Staff Manufacturing Engineer at Boston Dynamics, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing the development plant's manufacturing systems to achieve predictable production outputs. You'll introduce changes to robot developments, stabilize and scale production, and manage continuous improvements. Daily collaboration with Quality, Test, and OPM teams to resolve production issues and implement solutions is essential. This role thrives in fast-paced NPI environments, focusing on driving efficiency and stability.
