Description
MTech is hiring a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace and defense manufacturing across multiple programs and contracts. The role develops and optimizes manufacturing processes, provides design and manufacturability input, supports quoting and estimating, plans production, troubleshoots shop-floor issues, leads continuous improvement, and mentors manufacturing personnel. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated environment, and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET-level U.S. security clearance. The estimated starting salary is $115,000–$140,000 annually.
