ARA is hiring a Staff Mechanical Engineer to design, prototype, simulate, and validate advanced robotic and mechatronic systems. The role combines mechanical design in SolidWorks, embedded C++ software development, robotics control, autonomy, simulation, hardware integration, testing, and systems documentation. It is an on-site position in San Antonio, Texas, requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for classified-information access, and seeks a candidate with a relevant bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of combined mechanical engineering and software development experience.
