Arconic is hiring a Staff Mechanical Engineer for its Hotline Department in Alcoa, Tennessee. The role provides engineering support to maintenance, safety, quality, and operations; restores product flow during breakdowns; troubleshoots equipment and process problems; manages large equipment rebuilds; develops technical expertise and leadership; and supports quality, safety, and environmental goals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, at least three years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Relocation benefits are available, travel may reach 10%, and after-hours onsite support may be required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
