Staff Mechanical Engineer at Form Energy

Form Energy is hiring a Staff Mechanical Engineer to serve as the primary technical partner and execution lead for dimensional engineering standards and interface controls across its hardware teams. The role owns dimensional management standard operating procedures, supports ASME Y14.5-2018 adoption, manages tolerance analysis and interface trade-offs, and mentors engineering teams on GD&T best practices. It requires a mechanical engineering degree, at least eight years of industry experience, production-environment standards-process experience, and experience optimizing mechanical designs for first-time assembly yield.
